DC is great weather wise. We get some of each season. Winter, spring, summer, and fall. We get them all! Read one of my posts about the spring here: Spring is Here!. I much prefer spring and summer (I like warm weather) but it is so much fun to be able to have fall and winter. It is fun to see piles of leaves on the Quad. It is fun to participate in a snowball fight. Campus is absolutely beautiful year-round but is exceptionally beautiful now – as the leaves have changed colors. Here are some pictures I quickly snapped of our campus:

We unfortunately did not escape pre-November snow. It snowed here on Oct. 29th. The snow quickly melted but for a while I thought we may have a “White Halloween.” See the snow for yourself:
